These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Soul Academy educational platform ("Platform", "we", "our"). By registering or using the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian), and that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform.
- General Provisions. Soul Academy is an online educational platform providing access to courses, lessons, and learning materials. The Platform operates in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and, where applicable, the legislation of the European Union.
- Registration. To use the Platform you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information: name, surname, email address, and optionally phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. One person may not maintain more than one account.
- Account Security. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
- Content and Intellectual Property. All content on the Platform — courses, lessons, texts, images, and videos — is owned by Soul Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may use content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written permission is prohibited.
- Prohibited Actions. You agree not to: upload or transmit malicious software or unlawful content; infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; use automated tools to scrape data from the Platform; impersonate another person; harass, abuse, or harm other users; take any action that disrupts the Platform’s functionality.
- Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Applicable Law and Disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
- Suspension and Termination. We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.
